We don't send membercards. Membercards have to be picked up by the membercard holder at the 10 Days Off office (day and night). After ordering your membercard(s), we'll send you a confirmation mail soon. More instructions will be sent in the week(s) before the festival. We only hand out membercards to the personal owner who needs to bring his or her ID at the pick-up. Also, you'll need to bring your ID everytime you use your membercard during the festival. It's easy.
You will receive the headphones when you pick up your membercard. That means you can immediately put them on for the night! Or put them safe in one of our lockers. Or you pick up things at our daytime office and spend the rest of the day thinking what you gonna do with it.
